| I'm planning tokens now, so I have all year to work on 'em.
What I want to know is, should we continue with this poker chip/vegas theme?
Or should we redesign the tokens altogether?
Having a consistent theme for the tokens would be cool. People would see the poker chip thing and be like "Oh, King's Tourney!"
But there's always room for new, creative ideas in new designs and materials.

| Keep the poker chip.
My advice. We start numbering them via year and change the logo every year. Not the Surt star.
Thus we can keep track of years via image.
2011 - Tower 2012 - ? | |

| I was thinking that whatever year it was would be behind the changing logo. For example, if we have a llama for a symbol, it would be a llama with a roman numeral II behind it. | |

| My only problem that I have with the poker chip look... was that none of the casinos that we went to would accept it. They were fine and I liked them. Hell, enough years down the road and we could play poker using KT tokens. | |

| We could write "King's Tourney II" on the edges of the coins? Although that level of extra detail might just push Demie over the edge considering she did all these by hand LOL. | |

| Would it be easier to make paint stamps for the tokens? Yes it would limit the amount of detail and plethora of colors but it might make it easier to produce greater quantities. | |

| A stamp with the "poker chip" markings and the red star would be helpful. Demie painted and outlined the star and crown by hand on each token. We'd only need to do the crown in gold pen and outline the red star if we had a stamp.
Mordock is good with stamps... maybe if he comes out this weekend we can hit him up? He did a personal symbol for himself custom from a stamp.

| Epic for the dice. And guys, I don't need a fancy stamp. I like doing 'em by hand. That's why I want to plan them now. More time to make more tokens with better details, so I'm not rushed and crowns don't look like sombreros. And the poker chip markings are easy anyway. I just stick a nickel in the middle and paint off of it. Haha. I was thinking change the symbol, and change the colors. Maybe next year can be dark blue aaaand....silver? | |
