Kainnith in the Spartan Race

The Fire pit I had to jump, the picture of me jumping it didn't come out well.

Spear throw. I hit the target but I hit another spear already in the target, and it fell to the ground and I ended up doing 30 burpees to make up for the miss, next time I will have better aim.


I got over this wall on the first try and they sprayed dish soap all over the deck. 90% of the people who did this miss it or slid back down it.


Proof that I completed the coarse I placed 2219 out of 4300 people who competed.
