If you have heard me rant on about the cliches about anime, how god aweful stupid it can be, and the unrealism taken in completely bad direction, I have been proven wrong.

As it turns out, you can wield a car on a stick type of sword. (but to the guys credit, he was Scottish, who as everyone knows, are crazy)

Gawd its like the 5-6ft long red sword I used last practice at Belegarth... was SO heavy. I had to swing it from my hip, with the blade behind me swinging it around. VERY impractical, but very fun given the right condition. If its properly weighted out it would have been easier to swing for me though lol.

My Grandpa could make the Buster Sword if I asked him and helped him with it. He has an entire garage of different machinery and what not for crafting.
