Okay I know I've mentioned running a D&D game before. I'd like to run it after practice on Saturdays. It was a hit when I was deployed in Kuwait. I can give greater details later. But here is a compiled exerpt of the Kuwaiti campiagn.

The Kinders Fate

The few items you needed were simple enough to obtain. With the thieves soundly defeated your confidence was high. But when you saw Linsel again you knew that trouble was brewing. And when you saw the human man she worked for you knew then that you were in way too deep to attempt escape though you gave an effort to do so. Held in place by magic the pair approached you and the man cast another spell that overloaded your willpower. When your senses cleared the three of you were standing in a large chamber. The green veins in the black icy walls pulsed with power and bathed the low hanging mist with a malevolence that made your skin prickle.

“Turn him so he may see the instrument of his fate.”
Said the human man as he waved his hand and let the spell of changing expire to reveal your hated Gnomish enemy. Bindle. Linsel did as she was bade and you were able to gaze upon the machine you had only heard of in the fragmentary notes that the drow had found. The machine. It stood fifteen feet tall at the far end of the room on four thick legs. It was roughly twenty feet wide with a hideous metallic smiling face. Inside, silent gears turned, chains coiled and stretched, and blades and other implements of torture twitched with mechanical life.
“Place him at the pedestal.” And once again Linsel complied and quickly backed away.

The machine thrummed to life as though awakened. With its eyes seeming to fall upon it you spat out multiple barbed chains that buried unerringly into your flesh and pulled you in. Pain that you could not have before imagined and wouldn’t wish on anyone else was felt so deeply that you your only thought was of the sweet release of death. Flesh was peeled away, your spine severed and your lower half replaced with a lions body, and your male organs were swapped with that of a woman’s. So complete was the transformation that when you were healed and spat out along with your belongings there was no doubt that all that happened to you was permanent. Linsel rushed up, sliding to a kneeling stop to look down on your prone whimpering form through a large grate in her floor. Her expression showing something like compassion for the first time in many years. Then she whirled to her feet facing “The Gnomish Curse”.
“YOU BLOODY FUCKING MOSTER! You said nothing about doing this to him!” She exclaimed.
“This is the price that those who oppose the queen will pay.” He said noncommittally walking up to flank the grate above you.
“It’s also the price for failure.”
The spell he surprised Linsel which threw her back into the path of the machine. A few moments later Linsel’s whimpering body lay next to yours. Her skin was now red as blood with the horns of a ram adorning her forehead. Membranous wings protruded from her naked back as did a tail from just above her buttocks. The holding spell wears off within a few minutes and you are able to move around. To your surprise you are able to move easily about the room in your new form. The room itself is made of the same stone but it’s the multitude of hundreds of steel mirrors that reveal its nature. The shock and finality settle in as you are able to view your unadorned, naked self from any angle.

“I’m so sorry.” Said Linsel from across the room likewise examining her new form then turning to you. “Please believe that if I’d known that this,” gesturing to her body and yours,” was going to happen I would have personally gotten you out of the city.”

Though her apology rings bitterly hollow there is the mildly redeeming fact of sincerity in it. After a short while longer and a little conversation between you the iron door at the end of the room is hauled open by what could only be automatons. Four in total enter and pair off, two for each prisoner, to lead you away to a destination or fate that the gods could only know. Linsel tries to make a break for it. Alas the attempt is in vain. She is snatched up by powerful hands, slammed into unconsciousness, and drug off. Not wanting the same treatment you allow the things to lead you off.
The trip through what you quickly realize must be a castle takes some time. The rooms are gloomy. They are filled with monsters of various types and sizes, some of whom glance at you with hungry, or haughty expressions. Slaves are abundant, tending to whims and needs. Through winding passageways you are escorted to the sight of your destination on one end of a sixty foot archway. The tower reaches over a hundred feet into the night sky and in the sky, ribbons of multicoloured light sway like flags in an ocean.

Once inside the tower you are led to a common room that branches off into separating bedrooms. There you meet two other prisoners. Ul’cuhsan, Third Prince of Sembia and Miss Lady Darkhope, Daughter of the Dark Paladin of Bane. Though they mistake you for a slave briefly they both make amends in their own way. The Sembian Prince exchanges information with you and the Darkhope woman tears down a tapestry to restore at least some of your modesty. After finding out as much information as you can, indeed as if on cue, the Queen of the Frozen North enters the room with Bindle in tow surrounded by heavily armoured guards. Introductions are made and the Queen has you walk with her through the castle once again. You are taken to a tailor who magically makes a very fine and mildly opaque bodice made from abyssal spider silk but accidently poisons himself by unknowingly touching you.

You awaken from your nightmarish sleep in a stable. Indeed it’s the same stable of the inn in Arabel. Glancing around and praying that no one sees her Malleln gets up and notices a small sharp pain in her nether region. Glancing back she sees that she has been violated with a smooth ivory scroll case. Just one more reason to rend the life from that perverted little gnome. She gently rights herself out and washes up in a nearby bucket muttering vile curses about Bindles fate. With last night’s events, his transformation into this womanly tauric monster, and even its violation, Malleln didn’t notice the amount of noise he (or she) was now making or what he awoke in the stall over. He jumped when it rose and stretching out spoke to him in a rich country accent.

“Mornin’ Malleln.”

She said with a slight smile, and it definitely was a she with breasts as big as a humans head.
“Uh, morning.” He replied unable to blink. Even with all that happened Malleln knew that this woman was also a victim of Bindle. But her transformation was different from his. There was a sense of wholeness about her, as though she knew what happened and yet didn’t care. She stood about seven feet tall on hooves with the thick, muscular, but shapely legs of a horse ending in human hips that provided for a very womanly frame. She was the complete blend of woman and mare. And they had bought her as a horse only a few days before. Oh Bindle will die, slowly.
