RAGNAROK XXV

Hello all!
As Rag approaches I find myself wondering if elements of Barad Dun will need camping space.
If anyone going to Rag XXV needs somewhere to camp, and wants to camp with the Fianna, be sure to sound off. I will relay those numbers and make sure you all know how to pre-reg (i.e.-Who to put down as Campmaster, etc.).

This is Dag's Big event every year, 7 days of awesome.

I know im going. If you plan on going please post here and this will allow me to organize the Caravan. If we get enough people we might be able to be our own camp, but from what I here the Fianna are really nice.

Cost:

Pre-register $50/ person for Adult ages 18 and over $30/person ages 3-17 and free for any child ages 2 and below.
Paying on site will cost $55/ person for Adult ages 18 and over $35/person ages 3-17 and free for any child ages 2 and below.

Restrictions:

Minimum Age: 18 years old (Unless your parents are coming too)

I have not heard of any definate plans as of yet. Please let me know as soon as possible of the number and the person. ESPECIALLY if you all plan to camp with the Fianna.

When is pre-reg due date. That is when our shit needs to be together.

I will know closer to May, can't commit now.

3 things you need to worry about if you're going (not including registration)

Travel
Food
Lodging

If I have the paid time off to take a week off in June I'll do it or take vacation time, going to Orlando for a week in May so I don't know about June yet. I'll know by April-ish if I will be free that week.

You're going to have to go longer than a week, unless you have your own transportation. Rag itself is a week, then there's the 30-35 hour drive there and same time going back.

if you are driving latest day to leave is the June 11th.

Update as of now.

Land grab will again be decided by number of pre-regged people. If you are planning to camp with the Fianna, please pre-reg. I will not turn anyone away (but, I am not the one who would), it could get VERY crowded if a lot of non pre-gged people attend. So, PLEASE pre-reg at the earliest opportunity.

When you pre-reg you will need to provide the following info.

Camp= Fianna
Camp Master= Finn

Please post in thepre-reg thread when you have done so. I need to let Finn know how many extras we will have.
