samhain plans

unlike yestare i would like to be 100% figured out before the end of September know what the plans are i know it's kinda far away but we should at least get a basic plan that we can permanently stick to but also alter if we need to. i know that we have at least.i think it would be a good idea before we go anywhere is figure out how many people are planning on going ( post here ONLY if your sure your going ) how many people that are planning to come are planning to have a car ( post here ONLY if you are for sure going to take your car make sure to inform us how much room you have in said car ) and plan how many people can drive i think that this time it would be a good thing to try to have 2 drivers in every car that way if one driver is getting tired we have a back up. josh has offered instead of everyone buying their own meals we all pitch in and make a big meal maybe break it off so one night black lions will make a dinner and then another day the royal army can treat us we are also asking the black lions in Utah that will possibly be camping at our camp to pitch in money for food as well. is this a good idea? bad idea? of instead of everyone having to spend having everyone pitch in and we make something like a stew or shepherds pie. if you guys have any ideas on what you think would be good. yestare was fun but i don't think we were as organized as i thought we should have been this being are second event we have alot more to learn from the first one on things that we didn't remember.

Weeeellll, it is 2 months away. I'm planning on attending, but any crap can happen between now and then.

I have PM'd Forkbeard to send me copies of the Waivers, both Adult and Minor's. As soon as I get them I'll make copies. I'd like to know how many under 18's are hoping to go so I can get you waiver's to be notorized. Thx.
