Okie, if I may highlight some of topics....

Smithy is going:

• His truck can haul your stuff up to the event.
  
• $5 an item as (im pretty sure this means large objects, bags, tents, etc....)smaller items shouldnt be a worry for whatever vehicle your
• taking. He also has 1 seat available (Price Unknown, may require driving the truck)

Knubbs is going:

• Has 3-4 seats available
  
• $20 per seat covers both ways.
  
• We will be using the Smithy cargo service for objects that cant fit in my car.
  
• Is also getting the waivers ready

Konradr is going (if his vehicle is up to it):

• Hes trying to bring Romeo and Taylor

Phoxly is going:

• Hes is bringing Taco and Kitty.
  
• Has 1 maybe 2 free seats available (Price Unknown)

Surt is going:

• He is bringing Heretic and Anthony
  
• Has 2 seats avaiable (Price unknown)

Strider is going:

• He is bringing Nightmare, Rilith, & Demie

Additional Information:

Garb is VERY IMPORTANT, try to get at least 2-3 days of garb.

Cost of the Event is $15.00. Cash Only. You need to remember to add in gas, food, etc so you have enough.

If you are under the age of 18 you need to have a child waiver. All you school kids need to remember you will be missing friday of school. Any officer or unit leader can talk to whoever's parent for this event.

It is an 8 Hour drive so We need to decide on a time to leave and Caravan there.

Bring cameras guys, Pictures are a very good thing.
