Practice Saturday, December 11th (12 noon)

We will be practicing at our usual location in Desert Breeze Park at 12 noon.

Please, for the love of god, continue to bring drinks or ice chests if you are able to. We don't need people passing out on the field and it's not fair for one or two people to be expected to shoulder the responsibility to make sure everyone is hydrated.
As was mentioned at the last few practices, every person needs to bring enough water to get themselves through practice or donate a dollar for water to help pay for the stuff that is brought for group use. For those that don't bring water or donate, you may be asked to sit out some of the fights if it is determined to be too dangerous for you to be on the field with limited hydration. Dehydration is serious and dangerous and we will not take any chances with possible health issues on the field.

As you may have noticed, it is starting to get cooler during practice. Remember to bring a jacket and perhaps some gloves to help keep you warm if you need them. Also, remember to stretch before you start practicing. With the colder weather you muscles will be tight and if you push yourself to far too quickly, you can pull something.

For any new members joining us, the practice location is off the corner of Durango and Twain on the Southwest corner of the park. If you turn in off of twain you will see a parking lot on your left with a children's playground behind it. We are usually able to get one of the gazebos off
the playground. Loaner weapons and shields will be available for anyone not currently owning equipment of their own.

ATD is coming!! I'll be there at ten sharp.

It is confirmed, Isk sent me a message, he is coming down with 5 or 6 others to fight with us. I was planning on skipping practice as my right knee, hip and lower back have been stiff and in some pain this week. But I will steal some of my wife's hospital given ibuprofen, and I will be there.

I'll be there but I can't guarantee I'll be fighting. My ankle is still not right.

What's the likely-hood of anyone still being there late... say 5:20ish? I can be there about that time after work...

Practices have been breaking up around 3 to 4 usually. Though the last time ATD visited I think we fought until 6 or 7. We usually try to stay later when we have guests. So its possible.

Half of the ATD group will be here about ten. Somewhere between 9 - 10 anyway. Tonaho, Dave, his girl and whoever was riding with them are evidently leaving earlier to swing by a tartan shop...so they should be here at ten at the latest.

The other group of us should be arriving between 11 and 12 your time, but we have to leave by 3pm your time to make it back by 6 pm our time.

Aww. *sad* You won't be here long. We'll be glad to have you though and we'll definitely be there when you do get to practice.

I log on and all I see is messed up ankles. Screwed up knees. ect.
I'll gladly offer my manual manipulation services (massage therapy) to those who need it. Free of charge of course. Tips are always welcome. Nothing besides localized areas of the body. (no full body massage for a hang nail. >.<)

Hey I don't know if you guys remember me from my name but i'm that random white kid who shows up from time to time when I have a ride.
I will be coming to todays practice with my 18 year old friends alex who is interested. Is there anything I should know? I know we both are bringing our money for water.
