Getting Serious?

I wanna get a little more serious about dagorhir and was thinking if anyone else was interested in getting better or just bettering their technique then maybe we could hook up and get some sparring time in. I'd actually like to get some lessons just to be a better fighter. The only real experience I have is from 2 years ago (and the past month or two of unsanctioned Bel practice). Maybe if enough people want to, we could set like 30 minutes aside from practice and work on technique with one another?

i like this idea surt knows i have alot of bad habbits when i fight i do need to work on them if i get my new schedule tomarrow ill let you know what works for me hope it all goes well

i'm free everyday right now so if you want Phoxly we can get togather i have no car though to drive anywere so it would have to be over by my house, like if you wanted to show up earliy on anime nights and we could do some sparing and training if you want.

During the day? *eyeshift* I've been having Tuesday and Wednesday off normally. Not this week because I needed to have it changed for a few reasons. But that's what I'm normally off.

Wednesday's seem like a good day? With it getting a little warmer we could have it sort of a second practice. Course I also don't see why we couldn't get the ball rolling on our Saturday practice a little earlier and just have some group training then? I noticed practice started at noon last weekend but really didn't kickoff with fighting til around 1:15, and I had to leave by 1:30 =(

Weapon's checking and wall building is slowing us down Phox. Usually we start on the dot with whomever is there and more people join in as they show.

I'm up for Wednesday's but only in the morning after 9am til no later than 12 ish.

Yeah I feel you there, but we are getting more trained for weapons checking, it went really fast last time. I'm down for Wednesday as that will give my dad a reason to go into town and probably hit the MGM or something. He's a pokering fool, but he's damn good at it =P.

I'll probably just drop him off at a casino and call it good, then drive myself to wherever we go.

I can provide rides to anyone on the north end of town most likely. I have to meet Alyssa anyway. =P

well that sucks i wanna do this but my new days off are tues thurs and sat so i guess i cant well actualy lookin at my sced my situation is about the same as konrad im free thursday morning but only till 12 and thats only if its at desert breez right down the street from work

I vote for 9:30 am start time. You guys vote either for that time or earlier, you can always stay later.

I'm cool with Desert Breeze or Spring valley park as we all know those locations and many of you are close. Though, I wouldn't mind a different venue for a change of pace and more exposure (excuse me ladies) Plus the drive time and gas would add up, especially on a work day.

Freedom park is on Washington and Pecos. I've never been to freedom park but its a little closer to the four points of the city. We could try it. At desert Breeze I would definately have to leave like 11:30ish to get home in time to get ready for work.

I went on a two hour binge watching nothing but Dagorhir and SCA videos last night. Mostly SCA training lol, really learned alot. It was fun. My laptop is at bestbuy for 3-5 days so I have nothing to do for entertainment D=

hey if you want to train and spar i do nothing every day, if you want there is a park next to my house if you would want to spar with me for like 2-3 hours a week.

Lets do it at your park then Taco. On Wednesday & thursday (so if some can show up on Wednesday, cool, some on Thursday cool) I need at least one morning. So one day could be a morning at like 9:30am or 10am, and the other could be late if you guys want (like after 3pm or something).

Surt, Edgar, Demie, Alacian, Phoxly, have shown an interest. Let's coordinate some rides and get them there. and whack. Practice, basic weapons, no garb?
