As some of you know I'm tryin to put on a good 20-30 pounds by my 21st birthday and I'm looking for some good meal ideas with lots of protein, I'm hittng up Costco on wednesday to pick up some of those awesome tyson chicken strips Taco always cooks, anyone have some good meal recipes?

I might find some good slow cooker recipes, I figure the heartier and wholesome the meal, the less supplements I'll need to take, other than iron of course. Anemia for the fail.
