December .____.

My dad has mentioned this several times, and even though I have been urging him to move AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. He keeps saying "we don't have to move right away, we can wait a few weeks".

So its looking like December I'll be down. He mentioned moving 2 weeks after we close on the house (december 3rd). I dunno. I told him I pretty much already have a job at Crossfire (Which is somewhat possible/true). He wants to close on the house in the next two weeks, so its possible the first week of December you'll have meh.

On the bright side of this, the longer I stay here, the more I get my bills paid and caught up, and the more time I have to work on some weapons I plan to bring down. One of which is the mace in my display/avatar. I plan on hacking off the foot of pommel of it though, and making it a little shorter (it has a long pommel). Its about 34" long, and for only having a 8-9" striking surface I think its a little rediculous, and VERY top heavy. Its the best single blue ever, but the worst sword and board weapon imaginable. You really cannot pommel fight with it because its center of gravity is about 13" from the top. I also intend to add a stabby tip to it. =D

I will also likely be bringing my strap kite shield down for sure, its also a heavy mofo. >__< Some bel friends made it with me, two sheets of plywood

Okay now I am just cofused.. My dad told me today that I might not be here to pick up my paycheck on the 28th from work... >___< I guess I'll just sneak into Vegas and show up at the following Saturday's practice, unannounced. =D

Just because you can't pommel fight with your mace doesn't make it a bad shield weapon, just build your arm strength and dont use unneeded swings.

Yeah I will definetly try to pick and choose my shots, because its heavier I won't be able to whip it back to my stance like I would a normal balanced blue sword.
