almost October we still don't have a count on who is all coming who all has cars who all is gonna be driving.

Yeah, I'm glad you guys are going to make it. Matter of fact, I hope everyone who made Yestare, can make this trip. I will remind Forkbeard about the waivers, he said he'd get them for me, but nothing yet.

I intend to go, and will probably bring Romeo and maybe his cousin Taylor if the boy can get his dad to sign and notorize the waiver. The only thing holding me back is the jeep. I need to get some work done on it and money's tight.

I spoke with Caretaker and Kjirstan and they said they were going. As a matter of fact, and I hope I'm not spoiling any surprises, but Caretaker intends to celebrate his birthday at Samhain, so everyone be ready for sloppy kisses and butt paddling!

I know Taco and Kitty will try to move heaven and earth to be there.

I might be the only War Wolf there, as Oddvar and K'urn are not sure they can make it, Templar can't go barring an act of God (Or Odin) and Christian is too young. So any of you still interested in being War Wolf blood brothers, come see me at practice. Next month we can all fight the Wolf together and earn our wolf marks.

I'll pack everything I need in the jeep war machine. I may have an extra seat unless another cousin wants to come along.

I have copies of the Adult and Minor Generic Belegarth Waivers. I'm waiting to see if I need to put the name "Belegarth" or "Aquilonia" on the forms before printing. I will make them .gif's and post them here so you can print your own rather than wait on me, so check back to this topic later in the week.

Forkbeard also said, failing anything else, bring a copy of our own waiver's and he will accept them. As far as he's concerned, its the intent rather than the actual letter. He wants everyone to fight and have fun.

Also, Akeria is right, we are desert folk and it will be cold mid october. Forkbeard doesn't want to see winter coats. So you will have to hide them under garb (wool blankets as cloaks, tabards or extra large tunics) Remember layers, get some long johns and wool socks. Get sweats that can pass for garb and be worn under garb. Make sure everyone has a thick sleeping bag or plenty of wool blankets or a sleeping buddy for body warmth. Bring a rain poncho in case of rain or worse. Bring gloves. Bring a beanie hat, they look period, unless they have funky logos on them.

And Bring your A game so we can kick some butt!

Okay, here's the Generic Minor Waiver. I've typed in Belegarth and the Realm of Aquilonia per Forkbeard's instructions. Also they don't seem to require a Notory. There is room at the bottom of the page if you do want to get it notorized, but definately get your parents to sign. I will post it here, you copy and paste it into a Word or .rtf program and then print it out. I will print some and bring to practice for those unable to do so, unless our scribe is willing to do that. Adult waivers to follow in next posting.

I know I should have 'em on a website, but I am webtarded, so there ya go. Sorry. Thank you for taking care of it. Unitl you guys started coming, we never had anyone from this far outside the ID-Ut hub. We have waivers on alost everybody and the new people just automaticly have always brought them. I'll wok on our internet presence and stuff this winter.
It IS going to be cold for you you guys, but not dangerous. Be prepared, like you wise leaders tell you, and you'll be fine. I'm going to set up our big military tent so there will be an wramish, dry place for emergencies.
Plan on wearing gloves to fight. It makes all the difference in the cold weather.
