Althing, May 29th.

This Sunday is Althing. Let us know if you can attend.

I don't know if I can attend. We have a family issue that is coming to a head on this Sunday so I will have to see what happens.

We talked about doing a 'Garb Contest' Anyone still interested? We would need at least 2 or 3 impartial judges. We could have the Tribunal be the judges, or three camp followers. Simple 1 to 10 scoring. What of a prize? We could have everyone in the realm put a $1 in a pot and the winning Garb gets the pot.

Heretic is still the Realm Champion, right? So its his call and heralding for the Realm Champion's tournament.

The War Wolves are planning to challenge the Dragon if enough people attend althing in order for this to happen.

Maybe we should merge Althing with the last Saturday practice of the month? We could practice at the Althing park and have food and whatnot to keep the practice going...

I have made that request several times. Dwyna, however can't make it. What about Saturday evening after practice?

I don't know. My mother in law has to move in with us in our cramped, tiny house on Sunday, so I will be busy, and pissed, both at the same time. =( She is taking over Romeo's room, so he will be busy and pissed as well. But he is moving in with his Uncle after graduation, then he will be playing xbox and not doing chores and be happy. We may not see him for practices anymore, I don't know. He will also be working. Mom promised him a car, but as yet, we have no money to buy him one.

Busy, pissed and broke seems to run in the family lately.

We would like to be there this Sunday, but unfortunately I was scheduled to work the late shift and won't be finished until 4pm, so we probably won't be able to make it out there at all on Sunday.

We will be at practice on Saturday though.

If you could manage to keep people around after 5:30pm on Saturdays, then I could see everyone.

I have this odd work schedule that goes Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. Essentially, Friday and Sunday are my 'free days.'

While I would regret not being able to spend time with Dagorhir, if it is best for the majority of the people involved for the day/time of Althing to change I understand.

edit- Note- Monday May 30 is a holiday that has the school I work at closed for the day, so I'm free during my normal work time Smile

If you did Althing on Monday I'd probably be able to get Kilanos to go too since he isn't working. We won't be there this weekend though.

well either way unless we don't have a ride we can't go so... lack of interest no... lack of way to get there yes.. me and josh want to be there. i mean for situations i think we've done a pretty good job with comin to practices. but no alot we can do..

I just realized no one posted about practice this Saturday. My wife informed me I may be helping to move some of my Mother in laws furniture items today, so if I make it to practice at all, it will be late. Of course she allowed Romeo to dissappear. I'm getting too old for moving crap.
