The council voted 6-0 to change the voting for King and High Marshall.
The voting will now be done every Odd year starting with 2013. The voting will also take place on Surts Birthday or the weekend after. Surt's birthday is July 15th. So the next voting for a King and High Marshall will be done July 20th 2013.
