Northwest Vegas?

Whats it like? My dad put an offer on a house in northwest vegas, don't know too much about it yet.

We're southwest. But I just asked my mom and I've been over that way. It's fairly okay. It's just quite a ways away from everything, like downtown, the strip, etc. But it's not a horrible area. It's actually a newer part of town.

Yeah I am kind of hoping that he doesn't get that house, but oh well if he does I don't yet know what part of the north west the house is in.

The northwest is all new, its the only way the valley can grow other than Henderson which part of are new too. But we're not a super huge conglomerate like LA, so anywhere in the valley is at the most 15 to 20 minutes from somewhere else (taking the freeways), well, depending on traffic. We have crazy driver's here, most from California.

North west aint bad. You can party with me, strider, and a bunch of other guys from here.

It wouldn't take you more than thirty minutes to get to our practice spot.
And it's kinda nice up there.

Certainly better than Northeast.
No offense to anyone who might live there.

Its in flowering meadows, a huge gated community type thing.

Flowery meadows? Sounds like a nursing home. Yuck. I see too many of those at work.

yeah u live a good ways away. out in the far northern parts of town is really just houses side walk and dirt... but its better than North Las Vegas. it gets really ghetto closer to the strip

Yeah thats what I have heard, I'm pumped though, we are moving really fast now, getting the whole house packed up and pretty. Alacian was saying I could car pool to practice or drive down and we could all chip in like a dollar for gas. I am pretty sure we have the house now for sure, but they want to charge us another 5k on top of the house, and my dad keeps yelling at the realtor >___> I'm getting mixed messages.
