Practice Saturday 26th, Yay or Nay?

Surt asked me to take a consensus as to wether we should hold practice on Saturday 26th. It is the day after christmas and many have family in town and may not wish to come out to practice. I, personally, don't have family in town, but when I mentioned it to my wife she kind of wanted to make it a family weekend and not go to practice. That doesn't mean I am a 'Nay'. I want to see what you all think out there in cyber'Dun.

So post 'Yay' or 'Nay'.

Oh and I'll put up a 'Yay' for Smithy since he and I were discussing sparring if it was canceled since neither of us are doing anything.

I hate to say it, but I'm thinking 'Nay' for me. My wife is on vacation, and the only days I'm off this week are Friday (christmas) Saturday and Sunday. I think we'll be taking the family to the park (BBQ) or the mountains (snow sledding on cardboard).

Sorry guys. Demie, hold on to the loaner stuff one more week and I'll get it from you next practice, promise.

I heard from Demie that the practice location might be at another park; can Taco or someone else please varify this?

well at the party Wednesday they were saying something about coming to practice at the ark by my house, but they will have to say yes or no if its a for sure thing that they want to do it still but that's what they said.... if you wanna come to the park by our house to spar that would be fun but it's up to you!

A change of venue would be adverse to those without transportation. Many of those who walk, bike, or rollerblade to Desert Breeze do so without ever participating on this online forum and therefore would also be out of the loop to any changes of venue. Just my 2 cents, but I won't be at practice this Saturday so take it for what its worth.

We were talking about going out to the park near Taco's house and had discussed on the ride home that we would call those who normally walk/bike/rollerblade to Desert Breeze and see if they wanted to be picked up and we would take them with us. We were still talking about it since the gas was a 'maybe' situation, too. However, Demie, said that her grandfather would probably fill her tank.

Whatever they decide to do is up to them. If they're going out to Taco's house, I won't be going. I forgot that I have errands to run on Saturday. So, I won't be there if they're going out that far. If they decide to play at Desert Breeze, I'll show up, just a wee bit late.

I might be able to make it. If there is an official location change then it would help me out if there was an address or google map posted here. I don't know where Taco's place is, or the park next to him. AND calling those that don't participate on the forums would be a good idea too.

Sorry guys I can't make it to this one either. Have some friends from out of town that are here for the day and leaving sunday :/ They aren't one for Dag so they wouldn't really have much fun.
