Scottish Céilidh

Did you know January is Nevada Scottish Heritage Month? Join us as we celebrate with an old fashioned céilidh (pronounced "kay-lee") which features an evening of Scottish dance by the Las Vegas Highland Dancers, music by the Desert Skye Pipes and Drums, and Laura Jumper playing the fiddle. Enjoy a special return dance performance from Kimberlee Couper, the 2001 World Junior Champion from Dumbarton, Scotland. Presented in conjunction with the Las Vegas Highland Dancers, this project was funded in part by the Nevada Arts Council, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
