Here's an SCA training video but the mechanics, pel work and slow drills are all excellent for us. (minus any emphasis on head shots) Thanks Isk for finding this video.

From our Belegarth friends comes a whole page of links to training videos. These video's are from all Medieval combat groups; Belegarth, Amtgard, Dagorhir, and the SCA. Lots to look at and learn from. Check them out when you have time and incorporate some of what impresses you the most into your own personal training.
