Practice This Saturday! April 16th, 2011.

Ready to try out those fancy new weapons you made last week? We'll be at Desert Breeze Park on the corner of Twain and Durango this Saturday at 12pm to 4pm

Royal Army will be in attendance from 10am onward so if you want to join in and fight with them come early!

Weapon check starts around 12pm to 12:30pm and we will continue to check weapons as they trickle into practice. Last practice we did a red weapon training course, if you are interested in another course like this please see Taco or any council member to see what they will be whipping up this week.

I'll be bringing out the weapon tape for those that still need to mark their weapons for type. Ill continue to bring it until all weapons are marked or the tape is used up.

Hmmm... I should probably get my weapons re-tested.. seeing as how I haven't used them since I last fought with K'urn and Surt two years ago?

How quickly does foam break down when it's not being used?

The foam shouldn't break down, but the glue might. It could become separated from the core, just have to twist and test it out

So, for example, with my blue sword, since it's been hanging in my closet it might be fine?

I have'nt used my first blue I made in like 6 or 7 months and the dap is still holding the foam together (besides the last weapons check they failed it cuzz of the tip) it might be ok depending on how it's made

I won't be there. I have my medtech class and licensing from 8:30am to 5pm.
