| I will be constructing a lot of blues, both maces and swords to be sold and to use as loaners. I'm offering them for the low low price of $12... Which if you think about it is only the price of a meal or two. So for all you new people out there, this is a prime chance to get yourself a personal weapon and not have to ask around for a loaner every practice! PM me for details  | |

However, I must ask, who trained you in foamsmithing?
And, of course, I would want to work with you through the building steps so that I could learn the basic of weapon building as well.

Fo.Olish Peasant Taco did, and a lot is self taught. I've built quite a few things, such as two shields, six blues, a red, and a javelin. I'm not the best foamsmith but the design for these loaners is very simple and have proven their sturdiness; my two loaners have survived four months of loaning with no repairs. I can't really work with you through the building steps because due to college, work, and girlfriend, my time is very limited and I'm going to have these before Saturday whenever I can catch a breath. You are more than welcome to try before you buy; that is the purpose of these loaners. This Saturday you can use it and abuse it. If you like it, buy it! | |

I'm not going over 32 inches with these weapons because they will fail flex. I'll have a few 30-32 inch swords out Saturday, if you like one, buy it! | |

For 40" you'd need to go to Taco, I have core in the Black Lion armory we can use to make it. However I recommend something around 36" (that big flanged mace I have is 36"). You'd be looking at around $35 for one 36", it'd be made out of solid fiberglass. | |

Sorry it'd be about $30, not $35. That covers everything including the core $8, the blade kit $5, the DAP, Rope, Cover, Pommel, Counterweighting if needed, etc. If you wanted to make it yourself you'd need to find someone with a fiberglass core to sell you. @Grek: That looks sick man. | |
