All 'official' events give away a token of some kind for you to show that you have been there. (anyone got extra King's Tourney tokens? I can't find mine). They can now be proof of an approved activity for your 'active' status in the realm as per the new Articles of Confederation. Our unit does not use them for any ranking. You should researve unit questions for the War Wolf forums.

I'm glad Taimer will be taking you to War of Reckoning. He shouldn't be mad that you asked your unit that you might need a ride. That is why you are in a unit. We will help where we can. If Taimer has room for other passengers, let us know as we begin to see who's driving and who needs rides and how many seats we have.

From what I heard, Tibs didn't want to deal w/ last minute BS on fighting grounds that changed constantly, so we are going to use their regular practice field for the day. Since they can't really reserve their park it's only a one day event

I dunno how steven will take the idea of spending the night at someones house but....honestly that sounds really fun, but i wanna be around some of my own people (our realm) also, not just war wolves of course, but i dont do well by myself around people i first meet. >.>

It's more like camping in their back yard/property.

I've done this before at out of state tournaments for video games. It's not bad at all; in fact, it's an awesome way to meet and hang out with other fighters (Wobbles showed me cool wobble stuff on the couch, if you know what I'm sayin ). Like Phoxly said, it's basically camping but with better heating and bathrooms.

that is why i want to do it, but if its just me steven and whoevers houswere in im gonna be intimidated and sitting in a corner. I would wanna be among our members along with theirs. would also make me feel better when we sleep. i get scared in peoples house, so in short if im around more people im comfortable with, less scared at night ^_^

well im going to try and stary the night there and mabe find a ride home from it to becuse it look like alot of my guys are headed back that night.

To hit a couple points that I've seen on the thread:

This is a day event, 8-5ish with feast afterward
Troll is $5.00
You do get a dog tag token (usually used as proof of attendance to get feast and later on for display and bragging rights/conversation ice breakers)
The field is not our regular practice field, just about 3 miles south and it is awesome. It's large, has a bowl, has a pavillion we'll be renting and clean bathrooms right there on site.
Camping is still available in Patchiz/scottsman's backyard in the yurts. Free for all. It will be a great time.

Well i have 4 spots in my Truck. 15per person. So event only costs someone 20bucks plus snacks if they roll with me. Let us know people we need to know who is going. Start saving your pennies!

FYI i wont be staying the night. We will leave at about 6am get there for 8 fight all day Feast and be home by 9-10pm

WoR III is being moved to ATD'S REGULAR PRACTICE FIELD.

You've been there before, you know how to get there again.

The city allowed a half-marathon to use the park we had planned on, so rather than compete for space and resources, we're keeping it simple and going to where many know we are at.

Any questions, talk to me, Konradr, or anyone who's been to our field.

I really, really hate how stupid our area is when it comes to just going out and playing. So many rules, regulations, and stipulations......unbelievable. Whatever happened to just going out and doing something?

The plan is to meet here between 6am to 7am and leave for St. George with as many of us together as possible. You can gas up here as well or grab something to eat.

In St. George, to get to Nissan park:

Take I-15 north to exit 10.

Get off on exit 10 and turn right.

Turn left at first light (telegraph road)

Continue down this road til it becomes a two lane rural road. Keep an eye to your right til you see the Nissan park mill wheel.
