It helps me stay motivated in order to keep up with working out on a regular basis. Just logging my training starting from yesterday...
Sept. 7th '09 -
Woke up at half past six in the morning. Drank a glass of water, among doing other things to get ready for my workout.
* 7:00am - 8:00am
- Ran one mile, to and through a local park.
- Managed eight six chin-ups on the high monkey bars.
- Twelve lunges on the circular walk in the park.
- Ten sit-ups laying on a bench in the park.
- Ten crunches, side to side while laying on a bench in the park.
- Ran half of the mile home, power walked the rest.
I couldn't make the run all the way back. But I will soon enough!
After effects:
* I felt great and pumped the rest of the day....Needed a bottle of gatorade and a couple glasses of water when I got home though. Ha ha.
Next day effects:
* My legs are sore just above my knees from the high impact workout.
Next training....Starts tomorrow.
