Fool's Raid 2012

This should be taken note of by our new Administration. Seems it has been made official. Fool's Raid 2012 will be returning to Barad'Dun. For those not yet send an event invitation. It is here:

We held it at Davis park, and that is a good location for this one too. We will have to rent Port-a-johns, at least 2. We do not need to provide a feast, it is fool's raid which is more of an unofficial event. They invade our practice for two days running.

I'll probably have to herald most of Fool's Raid this year. I am tech support for 4 tradeshows going on while my boss is taking time off, which means I'll need to have my cell phone on me at all times to answer questions for folks. We'll see how it plays out.

What are the dates so I can request them off?

URGENT!!!!

Can anyone get over to Mountain Crest park TODAY! with $100.00 to researve site B at Lone Mountain Park for the 28th and 29th. I have been at that park with my kids but its on the otherside of the world from me. I just spoke with them. The park office is at Mountain crest park at its open til 5pm. They accept cash, check or credit card. They wouldn't take payment over the phone. Listen, its the busiest time of the year and we are lucky that site has both days available as of today. They may be gone tomorrow.

This is the perfect spot. Lots of wide open grass, 3 gazebos, 15 tables, next to the bathrooms. $50 to researve for each day. I can try tomorrow, but I won't be able to get there til late. She wrote my name and barad'dun down. So if you go there today before 5 mention my name and barad'Dun.

There's a forum for "other medieval fighting sports"

I think we can post it on the general events since it's a crossgaming event, not sure if the Bel boards have been more strict like the Dag boards. I suggest that Grek(shepherd) draft the post and make sure the title includes something like:

"Fool's Raid 2012 - XX Date - Las Vegas"

On the bel boards, you can post under the 'Events' They don't seem to mind cross posts. On the Dag board, just post as fool's raid 2012. Most of the Dag peeps are back east but we may get some Aggelgorod or Mallennorod folks.

Post on Fugl Brenna's forum. (phoenix and arizona). Post on Aggelgorod's forum. Post on Andor's forum. Or look for their facebook pages. I am on Anduril's fB page and registered on the above forum's as well, also the sword coast forum. Aquilonia and Ered Duath have FB pages as well.
