| my mom said no problem on sewing the rest of the sashes i didn't ask about tabards but that is something that needed to be ran by surt first anyway and of course the barad'dun army would have to supply the cloth but i think we should do tabards for the simple reason we should represent as best as possible we can this is OUR first true event here and that is my 2 cents | |

| Last Saturday we played the moving relic game on our old field. Do you think its a big enough field to play with at least 50 to maybe 75 fighters? I think it is. We can stay at desert breeze. Grab the closest Gazebo for a rest/watering hole but fight there.
During the spring; alot of sports play on that field atop the hill there. Some times they warm up on that field part. If we got a team there early on both days, we could buy cones and set cones all around the perimeter and put up our banners and such to mark it off for our play.
We can't get too fancy with game selections with a large group of fighters. Capture the flag, line battles, Gate fight. large ass goblin horde? What battle games would be inducive to large groups?
Tournaments? 4 horesemen, single blue, sword and board, javy only? Grappling circle?

The battlefield in question can easily be enlarged.

| MAybe someone can call up the park people and see if we can rent out the big areas on the other side of the park in the soccer bowls. That is a lot of area, if we can get permissions to use it for the weekend or something.
Maybe the park people will have an idea for us if we cant rent the area out?

| They plan to come, to see, and to conquer.
We plan to welcome them, let them see, then kill them.
Then hang out in Valhalla afterwards over some mead and roasted boar.

| A moment of Melancholy, if you will permit and old Shepherd his due... We are the Desert Sun, the Brightest, Warmest Star, whose rays now reach into far lands and beckon all to come hither, to join us, from fair Aggelgorod, from new Mallenorod, from yon Fruhl Brenna, from Anduril, from Desert Wind, and from An Tir Dearg, Warrior Brother's, let us lay on! Fear not to die in the desert, for the Valkyrie's seek those brave souls who die in honor, strength and glory! Valhalla and Barad'Dun awaits you all! Konradr | |

| Well, Rhajhiin, its not really an event per se. It is more like an inter realm practice. Are normal practice starts at 12 pm. So it will start at 12 pm on both Saturday and Sunday. However, we will arrive early to mark out our territory at the park. So I would say we should be set up and ready for weapon's checks by 10am or definately 11am. We have yet to do all the detailed planning yet and we will post that info as soon as we know more.
No fee. No camping. Just a two day practice and it will last however long it lasts. You guys want to stay and fight to midnight, We'll stay and fight to midnight. You'll probably win everytime that late, cuz I'll be asleep on my feet.
The general banter is after fighting, just hanging out to get to know everyone from the different realms. Then I think the Aggelgorod guys want to raid Excaliber, or something like that.

| Goblin head rule changes for a big crowd.
Goblin head is a game called "Blood of Heroes". Its meant for small teams, 8 to 10. I like the idea of using the Goblin head for a large group but it wouldn't be a "blood of heroes" game. Here's two ideas I think may work and we could try them at a Saturday practice to see.
1. Goblin head, team fight. Two sides, any number of fighters. Large field, two buckets, one behind each team. Two Champions begin the fight just like in a normal Goblin head (Blood of Heroes) game. The rest of the teams can't move until the head is touched. Once touched; however, anyone can pick up the head and try to get it into the bucket. No regeneration, once you're dead, you're out of the game.
2. Regeneration Game. In this version, there are no buckets. The game can start with champions or not. The game is timed. Whichever team has clear ownership of the head when the time is up, is the winning team. If ownership is not clear, say it is being touched by opposing players or is on the ground or in the air, not being touched by anyone, then the game goes to a Death Shoot out.
Death Shoot out. Both teams form single lines. First two fight an individual dual, then the next two, etc, etc, etc. Herald keeps track of wins and the team with the most individual wins is then the winner by death shoot out.
Whad'ya think?

| Goblin team fight seems a little better in my opinion. Less rules, less confusion. But not so simple that it seems just like a team battle. The second scenario almost sounds like a king of the hill, sort of like relic battles. I like the first one better. | |

| Another name for Goblin Head or Blood of Heroes is Jugging. That's what most of the Amt peeps call it. I would go with version 1 over version 2, personally. Also, king regen battles could be fun. | |

| What about multiple king regen battles. Ie divide into like 4, or more, as even as possible teams, each with a king. The king has regen powers until killed. The last team standing with or without a king, wins.
What about goblin head, version 1, with regen? The buckets could be the regen point and depending on how far apart (how long the walk) could be a 10 count, 5 count or instant regen. Then the fight could last til the head gets in the bucket. Whereas no regen means the fight would last til enough people on one team are killed off that they can no longer defend their bucket for a head rush (Ooh, I liked that, a head rush).
