This is the youtube video I used to build my first sword that I used when I came out in April to join Barad'dun. Just remember to use Dagorhir measurements for your sword. (1.25" width for blade) Make a cover out of socks, sewn cloth or kid's pantyhose (two or three of them) Voila, should pass inspection. Mine is still in use should any of you cross blades with "Orc Biter".
