April Althing will be on the 25th.

Sunday the 25th is the last Sunday of the Month. Do you peeps want to hold Althing at the usual location, Spring Valley park, or at Davis Park???

Should we have a theme for Potluck? Any suggestions?

*sigh* are bathrooms really that important? My wife doesn't want to go to Davis park either. But I say, to her, its such a nice field, such comfy grass and nice shady trees and a hill with trees....Bathrooms? What if we rent portapotties??? No sell. So I had to vote for spring valley park too.

if Davis wins,

I'd be willing to make frequent drives over to whatever shopping center for bathrooms.

I voted for Davis, but I never need to use the bathroom at any of the Althings :/


If bathrooms are a must then i'll go with the old site. However, with the champion battle that you talked about might be a bit cramped with the old site, but we still make do

Oh man the shade there is so comfy to lay on too I like Davis Park alot, I don't mind driving people to the minimart up the road.

We stand even at 4 to 4. I like Davis park too, but not the wife. Of course, I think the playground at Spring valley was much better. It was totally secluded and secure and I didn't have to worry about my kids. Thats a big point from a family perspective too. But OMG grass and trees at Davis park!!!

I voted spring vally , however Davis has many benefits also, So you can count my vote in both if need be:D

Looks like Spring valley is the winner. Unless the gazebo is taken then I say lets roll over to Davis.

Althing is this Sunday guys. Plan your potluck bringin's and bone up on some sword and board at Saturday's practice for the inaugural Barad'Dun Champion Tournament.

I'm waiting on Romeo to come home. I may be late, but I'll be there. Can anyone buy plastic spoons or forks and paper plates? I dont' know if I will have time to go get some. I'm trying to get my other kids up and running. I will get some bottled water, it will be hot today. Not planning too much today outside of the tournament and Sasquatch attempting to rank and then Oathing if he succeeds. Can someone bring a camera to video the tournament highlights and the oathing? If I forget to tell Romeo to grab his.
