Also another really fun thing that we were forced to do at our last unsanctioned Bel practice was use short badger swords as they called them. More like an oversized dagger than an undersized blue sword. By the time Hish showed up with full length blue swords and reds, and spears, we were already so used to fighting with a short weapon that requires you get aggressive and into the frey, it actually made me better with a regular blue because I fought as if the sword was only a foot and a half long. lol.
